Description: This is a program that investors can keep doing it over and over again and earn double digits returns with no risk. We have a great program and I am looking for more Investors to do short term loans secured by real estate to be paid back in full within 30 days. I have several different deals for acquisitions or refinance on SFR and Commercials Properties. It will be anything from $ 100 k up to $ 100 m in 1st lien position. It will mainly be US states but sometimes we do have internationals. All values will be there in the appraisals or BPO - the LTV will be 1 % up to 80% of apprasial values. The JV investor gets a very good return 30% - 40% and The short term loan will be paid back in full within 30 days and will pay any prepayment penalty and investor will release the lien on the property.
